Social Friends Club, founded 1992
Once
a month Social Friends has its regular Club Night at
The Watermill Hotel,
London Road, Bourne End. The aim of Club Night is for members to meet and have
a drink and chat and it also when prospective members have an opportunity to
meeting existing and long term members of the club.

Club
night is also a time for Social Friends members to help in organizing events for
the following month. This club is run by the members for the members. In
addition during club night the current months newsletter is usually read out and
members can get some early notice of events due the following month.
The Watermill Hotel was built around
an old Flour Mill on the banks of the River Bulbourne and within easy walking
distance to the Grand Union Canal. The hotel provides a peaceful retreat in the
picturesque countryside.
Located on the outskirts of Hemel
Hempstead, adjacent to the A41 and with convenient access to the M1 and M25
Motorways.
This is also were Social Friends
originally started.
